What does Mandate.ng do?

Mandate.ng matches active property requests with relevant listings—so you connect with serious buyers, tenants, or properties faster. It's built for deal flow, not just browsing.

How does matching work?

Post a request or list a property, and Mandate.ng instantly matches you with the most relevant opportunities—based on location, budget, and property type—so you connect with the right people fast.

Do I need to pay to use it?

No. Posting and browsing are free. You only pay when you choose to unlock a contact and take action.

Why pay to unlock contacts?

Unlocking gives you access to serious, high-intent opportunities—so your time goes into deals that can actually close.

Are the requests and listings real?

Yes. They come from real users and agents with active needs. While no deal is guaranteed, every match reflects current market demand.

What if the contact is fake or misleading?

If a brief is verified to be fake or misleading, your unlock credit is refunded—so you don’t lose anything.

Subscribe to stay ahead. • Instant match alerts — be the first to see new opportunities as they happen • Daily property requests on WhatsApp — access fresh, high-intent demand 📲 • Direct contact access — connect with serious buyers or property owners If you’re not subscribed, you’re seeing deals late. 🚀

MANAGED BY MANDATE

Mandate is handling introductions and transaction coordination for this opportunity. Direct contact details are not available for managed briefs.

It means Mandate is actively helping to coordinate the deal. We help with enquiries, matching, inspections, follow-up, negotiation and other steps needed to move the transaction forward.

Managed by Mandate deals are not handled through normal contact unlocking. Mandate coordinates communication between the parties and helps move the deal forward.

For Managed by Mandate deals, a Mandate representative will normally be present or involved in coordinating the inspection. This helps us follow the deal properly and support the parties involved.

Where you participate in a successful transaction as the introducing or representing agent, your applicable agency commission remains part of the transaction. The expected sharing arrangement will be communicated before conclusion.

If the deal closes successfully, Mandate will earn a share of the agency commission based on the normal market sharing arrangement for the transaction. The remaining commission is shared with the agents or parties who participated in the deal.

The expected commission arrangement should be made clear before the deal is concluded, so the parties involved understand how the commission will be shared.

No. A match, enquiry or inspection does not guarantee a successful transaction. The deal only closes when the parties agree and complete the required transaction steps.

Mandate is actively coordinating this request on behalf of the requester. We help identify suitable properties, communicate with participating agents, arrange inspections and follow the transaction through.

Use Submit a Matching Property and send the property details. Mandate will review the submission and contact you if it is suitable.

Your submission is reviewed against the request. If it is potentially suitable, Mandate may contact you for more information and coordinate the next step.

Yes, provided each property genuinely fits the client’s requirement.

After you submit a property for this request, Track My Submissions will be available for you to follow the submission status.

No. Mandate coordinates communication and introductions rather than exposing the parties’ contact details directly.

No. Inspection depends on suitability, availability and the requester’s interest.

Mandate coordinates the inspection with the relevant parties and follows up on the outcome.
