Buyer returns SPA with ATB & NOR Formats, Tank Farm details and Throughput Agreement coupled with Bank Assurance Letter or IBPU of Two Billion Naira (N2,000,000,000.00) in favour of Seller's Account (transmited bank to bank) as per Seller's Verbiage for Nighty (90) Days. 2. Seller's Bank confirms Buyer's Instrument and Seller instructs her Captain to blast Marine NOR to Buyer's Tank Farm as Tank Farm Manager acknowledges the MNOR, Seller's Captain issues ETD/ETA and Vessel commences sail to Buyer’s Tank Farm at Lagos. Upon arrival at Lagos, Seller's Clearing Agent clears Vessel to Buyer's Tank Farm Jetty for Q&Q. Captain issues Marine Authority To Board (MATB) to Buyer's Inspection Team to board and conduct Q & Q on board. Inspector disembarks with Samples, while the Supercargo remains on board and the Inspector gives the Sample to any NNPCL Approved Inspection Company such as Antotec Ultimate Global Services Nig. Ltd, Overseas Marine Services Nig. Ltd. or Calibrate Inspection Services Nig. Ltd. for Laboratory Analysis. 3. Upon successful Q&Q, Buyer makes 50% payment of the total cargo and Seller's Captain discharges 50%, Buyer makes final payment and Seller's Captain discharges the balance Cargo into Buyer's Tank Farm Storage Facilities or Buyer's Bank pays balance into Seller's Account and places Post No Debit (PND) for the balance Cargo and Seller's Captain discharges the balance into the Buyer's Bank Farm Storage Facilities. 4. Buyer confirms the discharge of total Cargo and effect full balance payment into Seller's Account and all Mandates and Facilitators' Accounts simultaneously. Seller hands over all hard copies Cargo Documents to Buyer or her Bank and Vessel disengages and sails back to Seller's Anchorage.
